India and Pakistan were fined for slow over rates in Thursday's second one-day international, won by the touring side by four wickets. The players were fined five percent of their match fee and the two captains double the amount after both teams were ruled to have fallen one over short in the allotted time, the International Cricket Council said in a statement.
